Coach’s Corner – We’re in YOUR corner

Hands-On Coaching for First-Time House Flippers Who Want to Learn It Right the First Time

Coach’s Corner is North Carolina’s only local, property-specific coaching program that takes you from classroom to closing. Run by three seasoned investors with over 75 years of combined experience, this isn’t theory—it’s real mentorship, real projects, and real outcomes. Whether you’re figuring out your first offer or navigating your first sale, we walk you through every step, including lender approval, contractor guidance, and renovation planning. No hype. No pressure. Just the knowledge, structure, and support you need to flip your first house with confidence.

Who Is This For?

Coach’s Corner is designed for aspiring real estate investors who are ready to roll up their sleeves and learn by doing—not just dreaming.

This program is for you if

  • You’ve thought about flipping a house but don’t know where to start

  • You’re willing to work hard, ask questions, and follow proven systems

  • You want honest feedback, not hype or handwaving

  • You’re local to central North Carolina and want real boots-on-the-ground support

  • You’re serious about doing your first deal the right way—with guidance you can trust

This probably isn’t for you if

  • You’re looking for passive income without effort

  • You want someone else to do the work for you

  • You’re just looking for quick tips and theory

We’re here to build real investors—not sell big promises. If you're ready to learn, we’re in your corner.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

This isn’t just theory—it’s a real-world roadmap. By the end of the program, you’ll know how to:

Analyze a property and run the numbers with confidence

Spot red flags and evaluate neighborhoods like a seasoned investor

Make smart, competitive offers and understand the contracts involved

Plan and manage a renovation, including how to run a job site

Understand hard money lending and what it takes to get approved

Build a reliable team of contractors, agents, and vendors

Navigate every step of your first fix and flip—from offer to closing

Decide if flipping is your path forward—or if another strategy suits you better

More than anything, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how this business actually works, and whether you’re ready to make it your own.

What Sets Us Apart

Most coaching programs sell the dream. We focus on the work.

At Coach’s Corner, you’ll get real support from a team of coaches who each bring something different to the table. Allen and Dan have flipped hundreds of homes between them—and they’re still in the trenches, walking job sites and solving real-world problems every day.

Ed, a former business consultant and private lender, brings the systems, structure, and financial lens that every deal needs to stay profitable.

Jamie, our newest coach, brings energy, follow-through, and a perspective that newer students can relate to. He may be early in his real estate journey, but he's all-in on helping you stay on track, stay connected, and keep you moving forward.

We also keep it fair. The program is structured in stages, giving you two natural exit points along the way. You’ll never be pressured to continue, and you’ll never pay for more than you’re ready to take on.

When you join Coach’s Corner, you’re not signing up for a pitch—you’re joining a team that’s here to help you get the job done.

Origin Story

Coach’s Corner was born out of a shared frustration with the coaching industry—and a desire to do things differently. Ed Williford, founder of Three Eagles Lending, kept seeing borrowers who had been poorly coached, underprepared, or thrown into projects they weren’t ready for. Rather than sit on the sidelines, he teamed up with two trusted professionals—Allen Wyde and Dan Ford—to build the kind of program they wished existed when they started.

Together, they bring more than 75 years of real-world investing experience to the table, including hundreds of flips, rentals, and active mentorships. Dan, a former collegiate hockey coach, brings the discipline and structure of elite-level training. Allen, a licensed broker and investor, brings market expertise and deep local knowledge. And Ed, with his consulting background and servant-leader mindset, grounds the program in strategy and values.

Their vision was simple: build a coaching experience that’s hands-on, honest, and fair. One that lets new investors try it out with a low-risk entry point, and walk away if it’s not the right fit. No hard sell. No gimmicks. Just the kind of guidance that builds confident, capable investors—one deal at a time

Our Approach to Teaching

This isn’t a library of videos or a one-size-fits-all curriculum. It’s real people, real conversations, and real accountability.

At Coach’s Corner, we believe the best way to learn is to see one, do one, teach one. You’ll get classroom-style instruction to build your foundation, followed by hands-on guidance through your first real deal. We’ll walk the properties with you, help you run the numbers, and make sure you’re not alone when things get hard.

We won’t sugarcoat the risks or promise you easy money—because flipping houses is serious business. If we don’t think you’re ready, we’ll tell you. If we do think you’re ready, we’ll be in your corner every step of the way.

Still On The Fence?

We get it—there’s a lot of noise out there. Between flashy promises and overpriced programs, it’s hard to know who’s really in your corner.

That’s exactly why Coach’s Corner exists.

Phase 1: $500 — In-person classroom learning broken into four sessions. You pay only $50 to secure your spot in the first class. The remaining $450 is due at the end of the first class should you choose to continue.

We start small on purpose: $500 for four foundational classes. That gives you a chance to get to know us, understand the work ahead, and decide if this path is truly right for you. In fact, Ed spends those first four classes trying to talk you out of it. Not to discourage you—but to make sure you know exactly what it takes.

If you choose to continue, the full program is $9,500—but it's broken into manageable monthly payments:

Phase 2: $500/mos — committing to pay until closing on the sale of your flip. The remaining balance will be deducted from that sale.

Example:

You finish your month of classroom learning ($500).

It takes one month to find and close on a property to fix and flip ($500).

It takes 5 months to renovate and sell the property ($2500).

You will have paid a total of $3500 in coaching. Therefore $6k will be deducted from your profits to pay the balance of your coaching commitment.

Your coaches will stay with you through the entire project—from offer to renovation to resale.

And the best part? You’ll likely earn back your coaching fees before your project even closes. Students who work with our agent partner receive rebates on both the purchase and the sale of their property. And if you use Three Eagles Lending, you’ll avoid the higher rates and extra points most first-time flippers are charged. Since your project will be overseen by our coaching team from start to finish, Three Eagles waives their usual mentor requirement—and extends the same rates offered to experienced investors.

This isn’t for everyone. But if it’s for you, we’ll give you the structure, support, and straight talk you need to succeed.

Submit the form below to join the waitlist. Because of how hands-on our process is, we limit the number of students we work with at one time. No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation to see if it’s a fit.

We keep class sizes small so we can give each student the hands-on attention they deserve. Submitting this form saves your spot and lets us reach out when the next opening becomes available.
